AI implementation with measurable effect
We connect language models to your documents, processes and data. Pilot in 4–6 weeks, effect in hours and money, roll-out across departments.
Where AI pays off fastest
The effect is greatest where there are many documents, repeated questions and manual processing.
- Companies with 100+ employees, internal regulations and a knowledge base
- Government and quasi-public bodies: legal acts, citizen requests, document flow
- Banks, insurers, financial companies: contracts, applications, checks
- Industry and energy: technical documentation, maintenance requests
- Retail and distribution: orders, claims, demand forecasting
- Service companies and call centres with a high volume of requests
Five areas with ready modules
Each area is assembled from proven BINNOVA modules, so a pilot takes weeks, not months.
- Corporate knowledge base assistant
An employee asks in plain language; the assistant answers from regulations, instructions and contracts and cites the clause. Example: 'Which documents do I need for a business trip abroad?' — answered in 10 seconds instead of a call to HR.
- Document processing
Scan recognition, data extraction from invoices, acts and contracts, classification of incoming mail and drafting of replies. Example: incoming letters are registered and routed to the right person without the records office.
- AI agents in processes
The agent takes a request, asks for missing details, checks the database and hands only complex cases to a person. Example: first-line support closes 60–70% of requests without an operator.
- Analytics and forecasts
Demand and churn forecasting, plan vs actual by department, anomaly detection in procurement and payments. Example: procurement gets a list of suspicious items before signing.
- Speech and meetings
Transcription of calls and meetings in Russian and Kazakh, minutes with action items and deadlines, call centre quality control against a checklist.
Data never leaves your perimeter
Deployment
On your servers or in a cloud located in Kazakhstan. Open models run fully offline.
Access
Roles and permissions mirror your directory: an employee sees only the documents they are allowed to.
Audit log
Every query and answer is recorded. Security sees who asked what and when.
No training on your data
Models are not fine-tuned on your documents. Knowledge is connected through secure search over your base.
From audit to scale
AI opportunity audit
We review processes and documents, pick 2–3 tasks with the biggest effect and calculate the savings.
Pilot on your data
We deploy the module inside your perimeter, connect documents and train 10–20 users.
Effect assessment
We compare time and quality before and after, collect feedback and prepare a roll-out plan.
Scaling
We onboard departments, integrate with EDMS, CRM and 1C, and hand over to support.
Three entry points
AI opportunity audit
- Interviews and process analysis
- Task list with effect calculation
- Pilot plan and estimate

What people ask about AI
Which models do you use?
It depends on your data requirements. For a closed perimeter: open models on your servers. Where cloud is acceptable: Claude, GPT and others over secure channels. The choice is fixed in the specification.
Does it work in Kazakh?
Yes. Assistants answer in Russian and Kazakh, and speech transcription supports both languages.
What if the assistant makes a mistake?
Every answer links to the source document, so an employee can verify it in seconds. During the pilot we measure accuracy on your questions; usually 90–95% of answers are confirmed by experts.
Do we need our own GPU servers?
For on-premise, yes; we size the configuration to your load. The cloud option needs no hardware.
The first consultation and estimate are free
Leave a request. Within one business day you will hear from the head of the relevant practice, not a scripted sales rep.
Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00. Meetings online or at your office.
