BINNOVA is an IT company from Astana and a resident of the Astana Hub technopark. Operating since 2020, under the BINNOVA name since April 2025. In that time we have delivered more than 30 projects for banks, government bodies, industrial enterprises and holdings in Kazakhstan.

How much does AI implementation cost?
A pilot on your data starts from 1.5 million ₸ and takes 4–6 weeks. Full implementation is priced after the pilot, once the effect is visible. Ready products by subscription start from a few tens of thousands of tenge per month.
Will our data end up on the internet?
No. Models are deployed inside your perimeter or in a cloud in Kazakhstan. Data is not used for training, and every query is logged.
We run 1C and our own CRM. Can you work with that?
Yes. Integration with 1C, Bitrix24, amoCRM, SAP, EDMS and government services is a standard part of the project.
How is the price fixed?
After business analysis we sign a specification with acceptance criteria and an estimate. Scope changes are formalised in a separate agreement, not 'discovered' in an invoice.
What happens after launch?
3 months of support are included. Then an SLA contract: response times, updates, consultations.
Do you work with the public sector?
Yes. We take part in procurement, prepare documentation to the client's requirements and pass acceptance under their regulations.
Can we start small?
Yes. A process audit or an AI pilot in one department is the usual entry point.
